How to Spawn an Agent for a Friend/Family Member

1. They create a Telegram bot: Open Telegram → search @BotFather → send /newbot → follow prompts → copy the bot token
2. They find their Chat ID: Search @userinfobot on Telegram → send any message → it replies with their Chat ID
3. You come here: Go to "Spawn New" tab → enter their name, bot token, and chat ID
4. Click Spawn: The system creates the agent, sets the Telegram webhook, and generates the Worker code
5. Deploy: Run the deploy command shown in the result (takes 10 seconds)
6. They're live: Their Telegram bot now responds with AI — powered by Cloudflare Workers AI
